Yes. Your free Array can be shared with teammates, so everyone can see how it works before you upgrade.

When you try to generate a second AI Array, you’ll be prompted to upgrade. You’ll still keep and edit your original free Array, no matter what.

Yes. Array includes a guided, self-service onboarding in the product. It takes about 15 minutes and asks straightforward questions about your company and HR team. You can update your answers anytime, so onboarding is fast, flexible, and low-pressure.

When you’re ready to generate unlimited AI Arrays, you’ll be prompted in-app to a billing page powered by Stripe. You can pay securely and manage your subscription directly in the product.

Yes. You can cancel your paid plan at any time in-app. Your subscription will stay active through the end of your current billing period, and your account will move back to the free tier with ongoing access to your original AI Array.

Your account will revert to the free tier, with your original AI Array in its most updated version, plus all the benefits of the free tier.

Yes. You can downgrade in-app. Your account will revert to the free tier with your original AI Array and all free tier benefits, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Yes. You can change your plan in-app at the start of your next billing cycle.

No. Your flat monthly or annual fee includes unlimited AI-generated Arrays and unlimited users. One price covers your whole team - no hidden charges, no seat counting.

No. You’ll still need your HRIS, ATS, and the rest of your tech stack. Those are tools - Array is your strategy layer. We help you plan, scope, and align work so those tools actually get used in the context of what you’re trying to accomplish.

HR deserves the same level of support as every other business function. Those tools weren’t built for HR - and it shows. Once the rest of the business sees the impact of HR working in a system designed specifically for them, they’ll support the move (and may even want a version of Array for themselves 😉).

Array is designed to work alongside your existing HR tech stack. Direct integrations aren’t required for you to get value today, but we plan to expand connections over time.

Yes. Array is built for lean, strategic HR teams - typically 3 to 15 people - but we see value across organizations from 250 employees up to 5,000+.

Yes. All data in Array is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls and modern security practices in place. We never sell or share your data. Only a select team can access it when needed for support or troubleshooting. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
