Yes. Array includes a guided, self-service onboarding in the product. It takes about 15 minutes and asks straightforward questions about your company and HR team. You can update your answers anytime, so onboarding is fast, flexible, and low-pressure.
Is our data secure?
Yes. All data in Array is encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict access controls and modern security practices in place. We never sell or share your data. Only a select team can access it when needed for support or troubleshooting. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.
What’s next for Array?
